Client Solutions, Regional Project Manager (GBS)Team Introduction Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Responsible for project management of Reservation and Content ads campaign Topview and Branded Mission, Branded Effect, etc., ensuring seamless delivery and optimal performance. Skilled in digital advertising, take ownership in monitoring & troubleshooting the campaigns and proactively take the initiative to improve results. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights on reports and simultaneously use those insights to improve our advertising offerings. Experienced in stakeholder management, coordinate and collaborate with sales partnerships, ad ops, product teams, etc. internally to develop & execute the program timely and smoothly. Balance with the client's expectations and platform functions, to maintain the revenue as well as to enlarge the good case performance. Communicate with clients and agencies on campaign solutions and best practices. Take a long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok's ads and units. Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content, and media verification partners. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in branding project management/client services role in digital marketing Experience in managing complex projects involving different parties, and understand how to resolve conflicts as well as managing slippage in timeline Experience with branding campaigns & campaigns delivery analysis from disparate data sources; ability to analyze data and identify insight Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills using the proper escalation process Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Excellent presentation & listening skills and proactive about collaboration Impeccable attention to details & process and highly organized Self-starter and motivated to learn, strong enthusiasm for TikTok and teamwork About TikTok TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
