Overview
BW Offshore seeks to deliver tailored energy solutions for evolving global energy markets while maintaining safety, reliability and high performance in project execution.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of a complete project through all project execution or modification phases, from concept development, tender, FEED, engineering, construction and commissioning
Ensure the delivered Unit meets safety and regulatory requirements, high uptime, low maintenance and reliable long term operational performance
Prepare project budget, schedule, and other technical inputs into the FPSO bid & contract (or major upgrade)
Ensure objectives are achieved and that the project complies with contract requirements, specifications, safety standards, regulatory requirements and company procedures
Set up high performance project teams, lead and guide team members by setting goals, expectations and responsibilities
Plan, resource, manage and motivate the project organisation throughout the project
Coordinate, plan and ensure logical sequencing and timely delivery within budget and schedule
Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, management, partners, vendors, yards and sub-contractors, and verify project requirements and internal standards
Ensure high level of HSE performance and compliance during all project phases
Lead and supervise project management activities including reporting, cost and schedule control, invoicing, risk management, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
Long relevant experience may replace formal education
Ideally 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, preferably in FPSOs
Ideally have completed 2 FPSO projects from FEED to Execution and hand over to Operations
Proven project experience with major shipyards and fabrication yards in the Asia-Pacific region
Experience managing multi-cultural, multi-location teams
Strong project management skills with emphasis on cost and planning
Project Management certifications like PMP are favorable

Deliver high quality work on time
Experience in multidisciplinary / multinational environments
Solid project management discipline applied systematically
Good understanding of major EPC and lease contracts
Knowledge of all project phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning)
Knowledge of project controls (Planning / Cost Control)
Knowledge of FPSO design and functionality
Knowledge of relevant supply chain (engineering contractors, equipment vendors, shipyards and fabrication yards)
Knowledge of pre-operations
Fluent in English (oral and written)
