Logistics Planner
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Tue – Fri 8.00am – 5.30pm, Sat 8am-3pm)
Salary Package:
Salary $2,500 + Performance Bonus + Medical $380/year
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure timely delivery.
Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and customers to schedule shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost savings.
Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation and reports.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for orders.
Review and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Support the logistics team in handling urgent requests or unexpected changes in schedules.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Good knowledge in MS Office and logistics software.
