Service Provider Management: In line with the company's overseas logistics resource acquisition and integration needs, responsible for the expansion, evaluation, and daily management of overseas service providers. Coordinate and resolve related issues during operations.
Logistics Process Control: Streamline inbound and outbound management processes, optimize related business warehousing and logistics solutions, and promote their implementation. Monitor contract execution and operations, oversee the process of goods shipment, in-transit, warehousing, and outbound, and provide reports. Follow up, handle, and provide feedback on warehousing and logistics matters in a timely manner, and report and warn of any abnormalities.
Inventory Reconciliation Management: Standardize inventory reconciliation management to ensure consistency between accounts and actual stock. Monitor the inventory ledger of products.
Goods Safety Management: Conduct regular or ad-hoc physical inventory checks according to the inventory plan, comprehensively inspect the storage conditions of goods and the operational management of service providers, and generate inventory reports. Summarize existing issues and develop improvement measures. Strengthen dynamic supervision of key warehouses, increase inventory frequency, and ensure the safety of goods.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics, preferably in commodity trading industry.
Familiar with commodity trading and logistics, and understand the basics and processes of international trade and logistics operations. Capable of participating in the design of business control processes.
Familiar with the operations of ports, customs, and warehousing logistics management overseas, especially in Southeast Asia.
Proficient in using daily office software, with strong data analysis and statistical capabilities.
Familiar with overseas warehousing and logistics business processes in regions such as Southeast Asia, and knowledgeable about customs management policies related to cargo ownership, inventory management, and inventory checks in relevant countries and regions.
Extensive operational experience with port customs, logistics policies, bill of lading effectiveness, and operational processes in regions such as Southeast Asia.
Strong risk awareness and prevention capabilities, with relevant experience.
Dedicated, energetic, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Strong ability to handle pressure and frequent business travel.
Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (both speaking and writing) in order to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
