Our Manufacturing Operations teams work in the manufacturing plants with a "Safety First, Quality Always" mindset, striving for continuous improvement. We are connected to a global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products. Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical Technician to perform manufacturing operations per production schedule in compliance with cGMP and to achieve operational objectives.
What You Will Do
Responsible for completing all assigned pharm operations, ensuring accurate documentation completion on modules.
Meet performance metrics of the assigned operations.
Provide timely and accurate information to visual boards.
Maintain good facility housekeeping.
Effectively communicate during shift handover.
What You Must Have
A Diploma or Technical School graduate with minimum 2 years in operations and maintenance preferred.
Must be willing to work in a 12 hours rotating shift (day/night) including Sat/Sun. Shift allowance will be provided.
Program Eligibility
Singaporeans/Singapore PRs only. PMETs/Mid-Careerists with no prior work experience in Biopharma industry are welcome to apply.
Open to two-year contract. This is a Career Conversion Program Under Workforce Singapore (WSG) and candidates must meet the criteria and conditions outlined.
