Experience with DMS tools : Newspage/Ivy Mobility etc Integration / Project experience Indirect channel / FMCG industry background about the companyWe are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Integration Specialist to be a pivotal member of our Distribution Management Systems (DMS) Product Squad. This role is responsible for the technical integrity, configuration, and integration ensuring seamless rollout and operation across key markets like Nigeria and Turkey.about the job Act as the Superuser and primary administrator for the global DMS tool. This includes performing fundamental system configuration, setting up basic parameters, managing security settings, options, and module functionalities. Manage the technical lifecycle of the DMS tool, including planning and executing system upgrades (e.g., MDM tools) and major new feature rollouts. Perform complex data analysis and configuration mapping exercises required for large-scale market deployments. Be the primary technical point of contact, liaising closely with the Integration Team and other technical teams. Drive discussions and execution for complex integration exercises. Manage and execute the integration of the DMS system with core business platforms, such as Salesforce (SFA) and various reporting tools, ensuring clean data flow and functional integrity. Independently manage and execute implementation waves (e.g., initial rollouts in Nigeria/Turkey), requiring strong project experience and a hands-on approach to technical tasks. Provide high-level technical support (Level 2/3) for configuration and integration-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Leverage experience with DMS rollout or indirect channel models (selling via distributors) to tailor system configurations that support evolving business needs. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and toolkits on specific system set-ups, configurations, and integration points. skills and experience required10+ years of progressive experience in IT, specifically in a Configuration Specialist, Superuser, Implementation, or Support role.Deep, demonstrable working knowledge of Distribution Management Systems (DMS) or equivalent large-scale indirect channel management solutions .Experience with industry-leading platforms such as Newspage or IVY Mobility is highly desirable.Proven ability to be hands-on with tool configuration, data analysis, and technical implementation work .Practical experience in integration concepts and working directly with technical teams on system-to-system interfaces (e.g., integrating a DMS with an SFA/CRM platform).Experience managing technical implementation projects or deployment exercises is preferred.Whats on offerThe permanent opportunity for a Senior Integration Specialist (DMS) , will pay a salary range of $10,000 - $ 12,000 plus benefits.
