AWS is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to help establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect – Amazon’s Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). This effort responds to customer feedback and aims to address daily pain points related to delivering outstanding customer service. This service is part of AWS’s growing SaaS offerings such as Amazon Supply Chain and Clean Rooms. The ideal candidate will have enterprise sales experience in telecommunications, VoIP, CRM/ERP applications, or call/contact center solutions, with the ability to operate both tactically and strategically.
Key responsibilities
Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Develop and execute against a sales plan.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS solutions.
Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
Experience developing detailed go to market plans.

Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Basic Qualifications
