Job Description:
Responsibilities
Supporting the operations at company site including receiving, sorting, processing, packing, preparing reports, and managing.
Support and comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives, including company program, to ensure a safe work environment.
Support and comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and team environment.
Perform physical and technical tasks at company facility and clients' sites including data centers.
Perform receiving and check in into company portals.
Manage daily orders and ensure service level standards (SLA) are met.
Simple repairing and grading of IT assets.
Unpack and sort cargoes.
Prepare mass balance reports after sorting.
Prepare reports for NEA.
Support SHEC and certifications audit.
Demonstrate personal responsibility for all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Support training and performance management initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
ITE with equivalent 2 years work experience in IT or similar field.
Able to perform in warehouse/data centre environment and to wear personal protective equipment such as hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, fitted dust mask, where required.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, dedication as a team player, flexibility, adaptability, and proficiency with MS Excel.
Forklift license is preferred.
Long periods of standing and walking.
5 days, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, East
