No Charges will be incurred by Candidates for any service rendered.WA ME for more Clinic Assistant roleResponsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the clinic to ensure efficient and professional service delivery. Provide support to the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the smooth running of the assigned clinic. Handle all aspects of front-line customer service, including cashiering, appointment scheduling, registration, and responding to patient enquiries. Manage administrative tasks related to insurance claims, Medisave transactions, and Letters of Guarantee (LOGs). Liaise with patients, vendors, suppliers, and relevant local regulatory authorities as required. Assist in the renewal and maintenance of relevant clinic licenses and documentation. Uphold high standards of professionalism, patient confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director to support clinic operations.
