ASME is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1986 for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs. With wide-ranging services and programmes, ASME strives to equip member SMEs with the business knowledge and market opportunities to help them grow their businesses. ASME bridges the public and private sectors to promote a more conducive business environment which facilitates the start-up, growth and development of a larger pool of SMEs. The two ASME flagship awards — The Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Singapore Prestige Brand Award — are in recognition of SMEs’ successes.
ASME will continue to roll out new SME-relevant programmes to enhance its position as THE business association For Entrepreneurs, By Entrepreneurs.

Role Summary
ASME is seeking a passionate and people-centric Member Engagement Executive who thrives on building genuine relationships with business owners. This role is focused on deeply understanding the situations, needs, aspirations, and challenges of our members, and proactively engaging them through regular conversations, in-person meetings, and value-driven interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular 1:1 check-in calls to understand member needs, goals, and challenges.
Meet members in-person for coffee or site visits to build rapport.
Invite members to events and help them discover services suited to their business needs.
Maintain detailed CRM records on member interactions and status updates.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Confident in face-to-face and phone interactions with business owners.
Organised and comfortable using CRM software.
Proficient in English; other languages or dialects a bonus.
Self-driven, empathetic, and team-oriented.
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in client relations, member engagement, or business development preferred.
Familiarity with SMEs or trade associations is an advantage.
