About the Role
Our oncologist clinic is seeking dynamic and energetic Clinic Admin Executive to join our operations team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth, professional, and compassionate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Patient Experience
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Greet and provide high-quality service to walk-in patients and visitors.
Manage patient flow and assist in preparing patients for consultation with doctors and nurses. - Clinical & Operational Support
Assist in ordering, tracking, and following up on investigatory / blood tests to ensure seamless patient care.
Provide operational support to doctors and nurses as required.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of documents in clinic plato systems and maintain proper records. - Billing & Administration
Process patient bills accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure completeness of the patient journey from registration to scheduling of follow-up appointments.
Prepare daily front office operations and next-day readiness. - Executive Functions (elevated scope for Executive level)
Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to clinic protocols.
Support training and guidance of new front office staff.
Provide feedback to management on workflow improvements and patient experience.
Coordinate with cross-clinic teams and travel between clinics when required.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITE, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Experience > 3 year in healthcare or clinic operations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centric approach.
- Meticulous, able to multi-task, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Good computer literacy in MS Office; able to pick up clinic systems (e.g., Plato) quickly.
- Willing to travel to support operations across different clinic locations.
