Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert to lead the implementation of our organization's SuccessFactors modules.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of assigned SuccessFactors modules from blueprinting to go-live.

  • Develop and execute module-specific test plans and user acceptance criteria.
  • Configure module settings, workflows, and permissions based on policy and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate requirement gathering and process mapping aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure seamless system connectivity.

Our ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors processes, including leave policy frameworks and learning curriculum design.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading functional teams, providing guidance, and ensuring project success.
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules such as SuccessFactors, or others depending on specific project requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address issues during implementation and ensure project milestones are met.
