Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market reach, and developing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and market segments through thorough market research and customer profiling. Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, networking events, and social media outreach. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Vicinity Studio’s services. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients. Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and online content. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to generate leads and increase sales conversions. Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques such as social media, email marketing, and SEO to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences. Industry Engagement: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and explore partnership opportunities.
