Description
Be the technical expert of InsiderSecurity solutions for our users
Achieve customer success by understanding user requirements and supporting users to achieve strong cybersecurity with our solutions
Advise customers on the deployment architecture and best practices for our products
Deploy and configure our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments
Develop and configure use cases to meet user's needs
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Support the sales team by conducting technical sales demos and answering technical inquiries during sales
Serve as the interface between users and our product engineering teams. This is an excellent role to gain experience and insight into the cybersecurity industry
Guide junior application engineers on technical matters
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in system administration, cloud administration or IT networking
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Experienced with system and cloud administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes)
Experienced with networking
Experienced with Python or other high-level programming languages
Familiarity with Bash scripting
Familiarity with database administration and SQL is a plus
Prior experience as an application field engineer or a customer success engineer is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to excel in a collaborative team setting
Must be a Singapore resident
