This is a unique opportunity to join JP Morgan's Wealth Management, Cross Asset Trading team, where you will support trading and execution aspects of client servicing. As a Wealth Management, Cross Asset Trader, Vice President at JP Morgan, you will play a key role in developing market views, investigating and selecting the best execution vehicles for both tactical and long-term market investment ideas, and executing cash equities, strategic equity solutions, and potentially fixed income securities. You will collaborate with team members to provide high-quality client service and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
Job Responsibilities

  • Execute cash equity trades for JPM Global Wealth Management clients
  • Execute client orders with speed and accuracy, respecting best execution principles
  • Leverage strong market knowledge of cash equities, trading conventions, and algorithms
  • Manage high-touch orders considering volume, volatility, natural flows, and liquidity
  • Lead in opportunities within Southeast Asia & Singapore China markets; participate in client calls with advisors
  • Manage equity syndicate demand during IPOs and Follow-ons when JPM is a bookrunner
  • Contribute to idea generation through data analysis and support electronic trading automation
  • Provide exceptional guidance and service to investors navigating global equity markets
  • Serve as a backup trader for fixed income securities
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of equity sales and trading experience in asset management, private banking, or similar
  • Experience with capital markets, electronic trading, and institutional equities
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of trading conventions
  • Interest in financial markets, macro data, international affairs, and geopolitics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
  • CACS certification is required for compliance and duties
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for supporting clients from China
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred
  • Coding skills (Excel, Python) are a plus
  • Experience in equities sales & trading, cross-asset trading, or technological troubleshooting within trading
  • Knowledge of local regulatory policies
