We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the completion of projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Mandatory Skill(s)
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business;
Must have 8 years of experience in technical project management, focusing on applications, infrastructure, and compliance;
Must have a strong understanding of application development, infrastructure, and IT security;
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to manage project team members across multiple applications;
Good understanding or analytical skills in uncovering new opportunities for collaboration;
Keep abreast with emerging technology trends and adaptable to fast changing environment;
Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts, and build consensus both internally and externally;
Strong skills in communication, consulting, negotiation, and conceptualization.
Experience in Hospitality/Leisure-based applications;
PMP Certified,
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed evaluations of potential applications to ensure they meet the organization's needs;
Define evaluation criteria based on functionality, compliance, security, and scalability;
Collaborate with stakeholders to shortlist applications that comply with regulations and align with business goals;
Plan and manage the implementation of chosen applications, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems;
Coordinate with development and IT teams to oversee the deployment process;
Ensure applications are configured according to regulatory standards and organizational policies;
Assess current infrastructure to verify its ability to support new applications;
Identify and implement necessary infrastructure upgrades to improve scalability, reliability, and performance;
Create and execute detailed project plans, tracking progress against timelines and budgets;
Proficient in concurrently supporting multiple application systems and platforms;
Adhere to the organization and project standards & guidelines.
