Job Overview Singapore-based BIM / Electrical / M&E Modeler roles responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models, electrical circuit layouts, lighting fixtures, and construction documentation. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors is essential to deliver accurate, clash‐free models and drawings while meeting local BIM standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare installation details, shop drawing layouts, and submission lists. Design, create, and modify electrical circuits, cable containment routing, and lighting fixtures. Create and generate lighting switch, distribution board families, and component libraries. Develop 2D and 3D electrical views and coordinate with project teams for as‐built drawings. Attend site coordination meetings and resolve clashes with project engineers or customers. Validate designs to ensure zero clashes and adequate maintenance space. Prepare visualizations and walkthroughs of critical or congested areas. Coordinate CSD and room‐booking processes. Generate bills of quantity for materials when required. Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, including library creation and revisions. Prepare construction and shop drawings; extract documentation directly from BIM models. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to integrate multidisciplinary models. Support project teams with design revisions, quantity take‐offs, and drawing extractions. Participate in regular coordination meetings and provide model updates based on feedback and site conditions. Ensure compliance with Singapore BIM standards (e.g., BCA BIM e‐submission requirements, ISO 19650). Required Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Electrical/M&E Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in BIM modelling, electrical or M&E drafting; 5+ years for senior positions. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, MEP, or Structure), AutoCAD, and other BIM tools such as Navisworks, Bentley Open Roads or MicroStation. Strong ability to read, visualise, and modify electrical system and equipment drawings. Experience creating and modifying electrical circuits, cable containment routing, and lighting layouts. Familiarity with 2D/3D view creation and BIM model configurations. Basic MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel). Excellent communication, teamwork, and independent working skills. Good attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Preferred Skills & Certifications BIM certification or diploma (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BCA BIM Management). Experience on large‐scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects in Singapore. Knowledge of ISO 19650 and Singapore BIM Guide. Additional skills: Navisworks, MicroStation, Civil 3D, project management tools. Familiarity with construction documentation, technical specifications, and local building codes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
