Digital Marketing Professional
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified traffic and new customer growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in cross-border eCommerce or global DTC brands. They should possess deep platform knowledge across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, as well as proven ability to deliver performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC control, CTR improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to conversion tailored to customer journeys and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Leverage AI tools to create and test ad copy, visuals, and campaign variations, automate reporting workflows, and extract performance insights.
- Monitor and analyse key acquisition metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates, and proactively adjust strategies to meet performance goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and data interpretation for actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, copywriting instincts, and attention to detail.
