In addition, we have a multi-asset proprietary trading division with the use of discretionary and systematic approaches.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantitative Trader based in Singapore with some flexibility for remote work. The Quantitative Trader will be responsible for developing and implementing trading strategies, conducting quantitative analysis for the proprietary trading desk. Day-to-day tasks include trading operations, performance monitoring, and optimizing quantitative investing strategies to ensure robust portfolio performance. The role involves close collaboration with the quant research and trading teams to drive strategy development and execution. This role will report to the Portfolio Manager for the specific Asset Class.
Qualifications
Strong Experience in Trading
Proficiency in developing and implementing Trading Strategies
Proficiency in all relevant Programming Languages
Strong background in Quantitative Investing and Quantitative Analytics
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
Experience in the financial industry, particularly in hedge funds or investment management, is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
