Roles & Responsibilities Role: Production Support Analyst Job Requisition Number: IS-68526 Job Level: More than 10 years of relevant experience (L4) Location: Singapore Key Responsibilities · Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end users, development staff and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and/or mitigate outages. · Perform in-depth analysis of production problems, identifies root causes and recommends solutions to resolve application malfunctions and prevent recurrence. · Ensure all incidents, incidents and changes are progressed efficiently and effectively to meet application service levels · Help in identifying, coordinating and implementing initiatives/projects that promotes efficiency and optimization of daily processes · Proactively identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and/or availability · The role is part of an on-call support team (on-rotation basis) that ensures production stability. Key Requirements: Education: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. · At least 15 years of Mainframe experience · At least 10 years of solid CARDLINK (Credit and Debit Card System) hands-on experience.
