Conceptualize and design creative concepts and solutions for various projects, including exhibitions, events, and installations. Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload. Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in 2D and 3D experiential creative design. Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and designs. Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or 3D modeling software. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of the experiential creative industry and emerging design trends. Experience in managing and mentoring a team of designers. Ability to collaborate and work well in cross-functional teams.
