We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a healthcare specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing tailored care plans, implementing them and monitoring progress, designing programs and activities to meet residents' needs, preparing review reports and ensuring comprehensive care through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized care plans tailored to residents' needs

  • Design programs and activities addressing residents' requirements
  • Prepare review reports and collaborate with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counselling
  • At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Able to work effectively in a Geriatric Care setting, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. This role requires a passion for working with older adults and providing exceptional care.
