Job Responsibilities:
- Create personalized lesson plans for individual students' needs and examination syllabuses.
- Instruct music theory, aural skills, and practical techniques to students preparing for examinations.
- Source and acquire relevant teaching materials and resources for music lessons.
- Motivate students and encourage progress throughout their learning journey.
- Evaluate students' abilities, provide constructive feedback, and write reports for parental feedback.
- Lead accompaniment or ensemble practice and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues on group activities, such as camps and exam preparation.
Requirements:
- Master's degree, bachelor's degree, or diploma in music (ATCL/DipABRSM).
- 1-2 years of experience in teaching or related fields preferred.
- Bright and cheerful personality with confident communication skills.
