Job Title: Virtual Administrative Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a virtual administrative support specialist. This is a part-time, permanent position that can be done from the comfort of your own home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all things administrative and coordinating between clients, underwriters, and sales representatives. They will prepare documents, coordinate with clients, and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documents and coordinate with clients.
  • Coordinate with underwriters for quotations.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Good record tracking and keeping skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
