Recruitment Consultant - Japanese Speaker Spencer Ogden is seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of N2-level Japanese proficiency to join our expanding team of Recruitment Consultants in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the dynamic growth of the Asia Pacific region. Overview of the duties Identify and target key strategic clients for the business to achieve the very highest level of revenue generation both individually and cross company Build strong, effective relationships, understand key decision-makers, and conduct business conversations with senior executives Being proactive in selling the variety of recruitment solutions—demonstrating successes with retained business, advertising selection and complex proposals Accountable for service offering, delivery and service evaluation for multiple clients Who are we looking for?Minimum 2 years or more experience in a recruitment agency environment Ambitious and resilient individuals with a great sense of personal drive A confident and positive attitude Ability to build strong relationships Results-oriented with consistent record of success in achieving objectives Thrives in a fast-paced environment Individual who possesses a strong commercial acumen Preferred bilingual capabilities as this role will work in a regional market What's in it for you?Competitive basic salary and industry leading uncapped commission 'Quarterly lunch club' – Incentive lunches at high-end restaurants Birthday off as extra paid annual leave Friday 3.00pm finish End of month celebratory drinks Paid Incentive Trips (previous trips included Fiji, Bali, Tokyo, Seoul, Capetown)Global
