In this role, you will ensure the efficient management of schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regional environment. Responsibilities Calendar & Travel Management Manage and coordinate the SVP's calendar, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones Organize complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, visas, and logistics Handle confidential communications and correspondence on behalf of the SVP Draft, proofread, and format emails, reports, and presentations Meeting Coordination Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for regional leadership meetings Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth meeting execution Project & Task Support Assist in tracking regional initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables Support the SVP in preparing materials for regional reviews, board meetings, and strategic planning. Office & Administrative Support Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation Process expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a point of contact for Global, Regional and Country teams, clients, and partners Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments for cross-functional support About you Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive support, preferably in a regional or multinational setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite and calendar management tools High level of discretion and professionalism What we offer MNC exposure Reputable employer in the intralogistics industry Ability to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds #J-18808-Ljbffr
