Plan, coordinate, and execute calibration activities — both in-house and on-site, including external services.
Schedule and manage appointments for equipment due for calibration.
Ensure all laboratory instruments are calibrated in accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
Prepare equipment for shipment, including issuing forms, packing, and labeling items for return post-calibration.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all calibration-related activities.
Perform inspections, calibrations, adjustments, testing, and minor repairs of instruments and equipment.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of calibration procedures and make improvements where necessary.
Calibrate and service mechanical, electrical, and electronic instruments as required.
Record calibration results and issue official calibration certificates.
Ensure all instruments are calibrated within specified intervals and properly documented.
Investigate and troubleshoot performance issues or irregularities in equipment.
Support audits and compliance with quality systems such as ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001.

Job Requirements
Possess at least a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical.
Prior experience in production or manufacturing environments is a plus
Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in documentation and report writing
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
