Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee daily maintenance activities at our facility in Singapore.

  • Liaising with Production Manager to ensure smooth daily operations is crucial for this role.
  • Covering all aspects of paperwork, including workpacks, health and safety regulations, and monitoring processes requires strong organizational skills.
  • Managing equipment stock and maintaining a high level of quality control is vital for the success of this position.
  • Collaborating with maintenance teams to maximize production efficiency will be a key responsibility.
  • Ensuring adherence to all processes and procedures, including those related to painting aircraft, is essential for this role.
  • Liaising with customers, representatives, and engineers to resolve issues and improve relationships is a critical aspect of this position.
  • Providing supervision and support to staff working on aircraft requires excellent leadership skills.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting performance metrics will be an important task.
  • Taking full responsibility for aircraft movements in and out of the hangar is also a key responsibility.

This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
