Quality Assurance Inspector Role

Job Overview:

This position involves conducting regular equipment checks to guarantee adherence to quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of calibration tools to ensure that they meet quality control requirements.
  • Support supervisors in verifying quality reports during shift handovers.
  • Perform inspections based on customer specifications and drawings, covering incoming, in-process, and outgoing items.
  • Carry out digital form-based inspections using Kizeo via iPad and ERP systems.
  • Inspect raw materials, crates, and outbound items according to customer requirements.
  • Manage non-conformance crates (Y7 / Y8) under SAP.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, administration, and logistics.
  • Provide support to supervisors/managers with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse/QC environment.
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
