Job Scope:
Create Accounts Payable (AP), raise job cost and generate invoices for each client.
Ensure prompt distribution of invoices and receipts to clients upon generating invoices.
Raise Job Costing (JC) and invoice for ad hoc cases.
Create/raise AP for payment to finance for credit card transactions, petty cash disbursements, and RMI.
Send requests to assist in preparing CN for invoices returned by clients and prepare the new invoice.
Check and clear the Accrual, WIP, and AR Aging.
Relocation file setup and job costing file creation.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess a Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in AP & AR.
Prior experience in the Logistic Industry is advantageous.
Good in system integration & data analytics.
Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with stakeholders.
Adaptability and flexibility with high drive and commitment.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
