Job Title: Physician Leader

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Leader to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of patients in our wards and outpatient clinics under the supervision of a Consultant.

You will also have the opportunity to guide Medical Officers, House Officers, and medical students, as well as take on additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department. You will work collaboratively with nursing, allied health, and pharmacist colleagues in a team-based setting to provide holistic patient care.

We have vacancies in various disciplines, including Medicine & Community Services, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and more.

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background in medicine, including a degree from a reputable institution and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Officer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and leading teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.
