The Position: We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Architectural Designer to join our team. You will provide design inputs to high‐profile international projects with a main focus on the Vietnamese market. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in urban design. Responsibilities: Developing design concepts into detailed design. Preparation of technical package and co‐ordinate with technical support team. Liaise and co‐ordinate with internal team members, clients and consultants. Ability to multi‐task and meet deadlines. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play an active part in client presentations, explaining design concepts and technical inputs. Qualifications & Capabilities: Bachelors/Masters in Architecture. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Experience in working with South East Asia projects especially in Vietnam. Proven track record of completed projects in Vietnam. Proficiency in Vietnamese language for project management & liaison with client and consultants in Vietnam. Strong design sense. Strong computer aid skills such as AutoCAD, Sketch‐up and Adobe package. Ability to multi‐task and remain calm under pressure. Excellent organisational and collaboration skills with a multi‐disciplinary team. Team player. A proactive approach to responding to project challenges and exceeding client’s expectations.
