Job Title: Concrete Construction Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the management of concrete construction projects, overseeing operations, project management, and quality control to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with contractors, consultants, and all levels of staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing planning, production, logistics, and raw materials to meet customer requirements and standards;
  • Ensuring workplace safety and health by enforcing safety measures at all times;
  • Implementing and managing continuous improvement on manufacturing processes through staff training and workplace practices;
  • Overseeing QA/QC processes and documentation, including certification and approval;
  • Providing leadership and motivation to the team on day-to-day operations;
  • Waste control and increasing production capabilities;
  • Ability to read and understand design drawings.

The successful candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

A degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent;

Minimum 5 years of related work experience;

Excellent written & verbal communication skills with Contractors, Consultants and all level of staff;

Good organizational and time management skills;

Added advantage for candidate who possesses related working experience in Precast Design, ICPH or Automation projects in construction related technologies.
