Job Overview: The Vice President of Operations will be a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational functions, including production (plant operations), supply chain, quality assurance, and procurement. This role will ensure the efficient and compliant manufacturing of medical devices, timely delivery of products, and adherence to the highest quality standards and fostering a high-performing operations team. The VP of Operations will drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Direct Manager: CEO Key Responsibilities: Strategic Operational Leadership & Manufacturing Excellence: Develop, communicate, and implement the organization's operational strategy, structure, and processes to support company-wide goals. Oversee the day-to-day operations across various departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory and order fulfillment. Conduct regular business reviews with Plant Managers to assess performance against KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational processes and drive data-driven decision-making. Lead and champion the Gemba walk methodology, develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost control while ensuring the highest quality standards to meet customer demand and business objectives. Manage the operational budget, allocate resources effectively, and monitor financial performance to identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives. Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement changes using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement. Champion product
