About the Role:

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization delivers high-quality products and services. As a Senior Quality Assurance professional, you will be responsible for leading the QA/QC team, providing training and coaching to team members, assessing construction processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

In this capacity, you will work closely with other project personnel, including production and site management teams, to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in quality control, quality management, and ISO standards will be essential in driving our organization's commitment to excellence.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles. You should also be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA/QC team
  • Provide training and coaching to team members
  • Assess construction processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with other project personnel to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Recognized diploma/degree in a related field
  • Experience working with contractors
  • Relevant experience in civil/building, preferably with experience in façade installation works
  • Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
