Moulding Supervisor

Role Overview:

The Moulding Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules for automotive components.

Main Responsibilities:

• Production Supervision :
  • Lead and supervise daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules for automotive components.
  • Allocate manpower and oversee machine operations across multiple moulding lines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency.
• Quality & Compliance :
  • Ensure all parts produced meet automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance on in-process checks and non-conformance issues.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for any quality deviations or customer complaints.
• Moulding Process Control :
  • Oversee mould changeovers, machine start-up, shutdown, and parameter settings.
  • Optimize machine settings to improve product consistency and reduce scrap.
  • Troubleshoot process or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
