Job Description:

As a key member of the hull maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of vessel services.

You will manage and execute planned and corrective maintenance activities, supervising and guiding workers in maintenance tasks as needed.

Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and contractors is also an essential aspect of this role, requiring effective communication and coordination skills.

In addition to maintenance tasks, you will perform basic administrative works using MS Word and Excel software.

This position requires flexibility, including working long hours or overtime when necessary due to the exigencies of the job.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical or marine engineering principles, demonstrated by relevant education or experience.

A willingness to learn and adapt, combined with a positive attitude and ability to work in a hot, dusty, and greasy environment, are essential qualities for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • National Technical Certificate (NTC) or Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering or related field
  • No prior experience? No problem We provide comprehensive training, both in-classroom and on-the-job
  • Ability to read 2D engineering drawings
  • Flexibility to work long hours or overtime when required
  • Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, and greasy environment
  • Positive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Singapore Citizenship required
