Binance Accelerator Program – QA Tooling Developer (Quality & Efficiency)
About the Program
This position is part of the
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)
— a short-term, hands-on initiative designed to give
university students or recent graduates
practical experience in
Web3 engineering . The role focuses on
internal tooling and quality assurance , which are crucial for maintaining Binance's extensive infrastructure.
Collaborate with various teams to gather tooling requirements.
Design and develop
internal systems
that enhance developer workflows and
deployment processes .
Maintain
cloud infrastructure
to ensure uptime and performance of these tools.
Support and manage
testing environments .
Assist in
configuration management
and troubleshooting for development teams.
Required Qualifications
Enrolled in or recent graduate of a
Bachelor’s/Master’s program .
Proficiency in
Java ,
Golang , or similar programming languages.
Familiarity with tools such as
MySQL ,
Kafka ,
Elasticsearch , etc.
Understanding of
CI/CD , DevOps workflows, and software development pipelines.
Basic experience with
cloud technologies
(e.g., AWS, GCP).
Strong
problem-solving
and
communication
skills.
Availability to start from
April 2024
for a 3–6 month term.
Desire to launch a
career in blockchain technology .
Opportunity to gain

Build a
professional network
within Binance and the Web3 community.
Hands-on exposure to
tooling, cloud operations, and quality assurance .
