What you will do
Lead the software development of front-end applications (Web, Mobile, Human Machine Interface) that deliver outstanding user experiences and delight international customers
Work closely with designers and stakeholders to create quick prototypes and push the boundaries of what’s possible
Brainstorm and ideate innovative software solutions that solve real-world problems and deliver meaningful value to users
Write well-designed, clean, easy-to-understand, testable, secure, and scalable code that sets the bar for industry standards
Document and maintain software features and functionalities
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems with attention to detail
Embrace the agile methodology and execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC) with speed and precision
Constantly explore and experiment with new front-end technologies and frameworks to stay ahead of the curve
Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior front-end engineers
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent
3+ years of industry experience and a proven track record in front-end software development
Experience in deploying production-level applications
Mastery in React/Flutter and ability to develop elegant and intuitive applications
Strong understanding of APIs and real-time communication protocols (WebSockets, WebRTC)
Critical thinking skills and problem-solving talent
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect implementations
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Ability and genuine passion for learning new front-end technologies
