As a research institute within the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Institute of Microelectronics (IME) bridges the gap between academia and industry. Our mission is to accelerate innovation in advanced packaging, piezoMEMS, SiC, RF/mmwave GaN, photonics & sensors, and to develop talent and inspire in Singapore.We are looking for a resourceful self-starter to join the Business Operations. The staff will support corporate planning and partnership development.Job Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of IME's corporate plans, such as strategy, workplans and OKRs. Reporting of corporate KPIs. Organize and facilitate internal and external review meetings and corporate meetings Facilitate IME's efforts to secure international partnerships Take the lead for planning, organizing, and overseeing IME's internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to event objectives. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage all event operations (eDMs, vendors, budget, venue, invitations etc.) Evaluate event's success and prepare post event report Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in any discipline, working experience in strategic/ corporate planning will be advantageous. Good organisation acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage leadership, internal and external stakeholders as well as researchers Dynamic and self-motivated individual who is a big-picture thinker and values integrity, teamwork and excellence Meticulous, well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
