Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Professional to join our team. As a member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining or drinking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest's dining journey, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and thoroughly attended to.
  • Prepare a variety of coffee-based beverages and teas
  • Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation
  • Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing orders
  • Recommend coffee-based beverages and teas to customers

Coffee Craftsmanship

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
  • Educate customers on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods to enhance their experience.

Roasting and Cupping

  • Conduct roasting sessions to develop and refine coffee beans to desired flavor profiles.
  • Perform regular cupping sessions to assess bean quality and ensure consistency.

Requirements:

  • A charismatic individual with a service-driven approach to elevate our guests' dining experiences.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A keen interest in or knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
