We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our expanding team as a Principal at our campuses. As a Principal, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the childcare center, fostering a positive and supportive environment for staff, children, and parents.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including curriculum development, staff management, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child welfare.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement innovative and developmentally appropriate curriculum and programs.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the community, effectively communicating the center's mission, policies, and programs.
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and childcare management software.
