Health & Safety Lead, Asia Cognita Schools Cognita Asia currently operates 11 schools in 5 countries with more than 16,000 students. While part of the Cognita Group, each school is unique. The regional team is based in Singapore and provides centralized support across functions. We seek dynamic individuals who thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment. About The Role As Health & Safety Lead, Asia, you will provide strategic and influential leadership for Health & Safety across our schools in Asia. You will develop, implement, and embed industry best practices, ensuring compliance with country-specific legislation and Cognita Group standards. You will partner with Heads of Schools, Managing Directors and senior leaders to drive a culture of continuous improvement in the management of Health and Safety, and create and sustain safe environments for students, staff, parents and visitors. Who we are looking for: Proven track record of developing and managing the H&S agenda across multiple sites and countries; driving change and performance improvement over a sustained period High level project management, planning and organisational skills Outstanding employee management, interpersonal and customer service skills, combined with strong technical knowledge across the H&S environment Strong knowledge of H&S in an educational environment with a proven focus on workplace safety Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; proactive with multi-tasking skills to keep multiple projects and tasks moving Professionalism and integrity of a high order Outstanding communication skills in English, written and verbal Influencing skills and ability to operate in a matrix organisation; strong stakeholder management skills Ability to interact with people from various backgrounds and cultures with an impartial and broad minded approach Capable of leading, motivating and coaching a diverse team across the region, engaging a broad range of stakeholders Benefits Annual Leave Professional Development How To Apply Complete the application before the closing date: 25 November 2025.
