GC Engineering Team Assistant (One Year Contract / Renewable)Our Client a European MNC and industry leader in manufacturing of scientific instruments for the process industries would like to invite suitably qualified candidates to join their Team as GC Engineering Team Assistant. Job Description Prepare final documentation and package for Gas Chromatography delivery. Prepare EX checklist to make sure of conformity with EX regulations prior to delivery Coordinate with logistics team for packing and unpacking activities Prepare installation drawings for GC to kickstart assembly Update and maintain warranty period and serialized materials in internal system Scan and archive project documents and checklists into project folder Any other duties assigned The Ideal Candidate Diploma or ITE with at least 2 years' experience in Engineering. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Good time management and adherence to timeline. Strong and effective communicator at all levels within a multicultural working environment.
