Overview Architectural Coordinator (Building Project) role at Achieve Group. This position involves leading architectural coordination for LTA projects, with responsibilities spanning shop drawings, BIM management, and collaboration with project teams. Responsibilities Prepare both shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements. Lead and coordinate a team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers to ensure efficient project delivery. Oversee the development of models, documentation, and construction-related outputs using appropriate production techniques. Develop and maintain BIM model component libraries and ensure adherence to established BIM standards and protocols. Requirements Possess a relevant Certificate, Diploma, or Degree with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience. Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Tekla, Navisworks, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of current BIM tools, software versions, and industry practices.
