Key Responsibilities:
As a Dentalis Dental Assistant cum Front Desk Receptionist, your role will encompass three core areas:
️ Five-Star Patient Experience & Service Excellence
Provide a
concierge-level welcome
to all patients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Manage all communications (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) with utmost professionalism and a polished demeanor.
Curate
seamless appointment scheduling
with perfect timing, optimizing both patient convenience and clinic efficiency.
Anticipate and address patient needs with attentive service, going above and beyond to ensure their comfort.
Dispense medications accurately according to doctors' prescriptions.
Maintain impeccable front desk operations and uphold the highest standards of clinic ambiance.
Ensure
flawless patient registration and billing processes , maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Process CHAS/Medisave claims with precision and in a timely manner.
Serve refreshments to patients with thoughtful hospitality.
Clinical Assistance & Sterilization Excellence
Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout their visit, setting a welcoming and reassuring tone.
Maintain
impeccable cleanliness and a high standard of infection control
by thoroughly disinfecting and sterilising treatment rooms, dental equipment, and instruments in accordance with strict clinic protocols.
Sterilise, organise, pack, and prepare dental instruments meticulously before each appointment, ensuring everything is ready for seamless procedures.
Assist dentists during dental treatments, providing efficient chairside support to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient care.
Mix dental materials accurately and assist with lab tasks as per instructions (e.g., impressions, model casting, retainer fabrication, etc.).
Take X-rays for patients as required, adhering to safety protocols.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and strictly adhere to all infection control protocols, upholding our commitment to patient safety.
Clinic Operations Precision
Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the reception area, pantry, and toilets.
Uphold meticulous record-keeping in full compliance with PDPA regulations.
Coordinate with dental laboratories with clockwork reliability.
Manage
inventory of dental products and supplies , conducting regular stock checks and assisting with supply ordering to ensure adequate stock levels.
Support overall clinic operations with additional administrative and clinical tasks as needed, contributing to the efficient running of our practice.

Education:
Minimum N/O Levels or ITE certification
Communication:
Exceptional command of English
Presentation:
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation is a must.

Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only (due to MOM quota).

Work Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
