Their duties include assigning tasks, training workers, performing quality control checks, enforcing safety protocols, and communicating with clients and other stakeholders.A roofing supervisor Key responsibilities Team management : Supervise and coordinate roofing crews, assign daily tasks, and provide guidance and support. Quality control : Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure it meets project specifications and high standards. Safety enforcement : Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed, and conduct safety briefings for the team. Project planning : Schedule work, order materials, and manage the day-to-day operations to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Training and development : Train new workers on techniques and mentor the team. Communication : Act as a liaison between the crew, project managers, clients, and suppliers. Documentation : Maintain accurate project records, including work progress and material usage. Problem-solving : Address on-site issues and unexpected circumstances promptly and effectively.
