Procurement Executive, Data & Analytics (18 Months Contract)Join to apply for the Procurement Executive, Data & Analytics (18 Months Contract)role at Resorts World Sentosa . We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate procurement reporting, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across procurement systems and processes. You'll play a key role in supporting operational excellence and regulatory adherence within the Procurement function. Responsibilities Produce monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to monitor and manage Procurement's performance. Generate required reporting as and when required. Perform checks on casino-related purchase orders for wrong classification or errors. Work with internal users to ensure timely reporting and adherence to the Gambling Regulatory Authority regulations. Prepare monthly reporting submissions to Gambling Regulatory Authority. Manage and work with internal and external users on other master data set‐up and accuracy. Conduct internal audit checks on Procurement systems and processes to ensure company's policies and procedures are adhered to accordingly. Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time as maybe required in his/her role. Qualifications Min. diploma or above in related fields. Prior experience in data analytics and digital tools such as Excel (VBA), Tableau, RPA (UiPath) will be added advantage. Skills Proactive and able to work under tight schedule. Meticulous, strong sense of curiosity and able to work independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Logical thought process and strong analytical skills.
