We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to drive large-scale ICT initiatives that deliver impactful digital services for the public sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end project delivery in line with national digital transformation objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage ICT projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets business needs and governance standards.
Oversee vendors and service providers, ensuring quality, performance, and service levels are met across system enhancements, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Manage the full procurement cycle, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and contract finalisation.
Implement operational processes to maintain high system availability and support business objectives.
Present and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
5–7 years of project management experience, with hands-on involvement in at least one full SDLC.
Strong background in ICT project delivery, preferably with exposure to public sector digital services.
Familiarity with project management frameworks and certifications (e.g., CITPM, PMI, Scrum Master) is advantageous.
Proven vendor management experience and ability to drive procurement activities.
Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Only candidates with valid working rights in Singapore (Singaporean/PR) will be considered.
