Our Client:
An ISO certified additional and alteration (A&A) work contractor, integrated facilities management service provider offering various types of professional services including facilities management, maintenance of building facilities, and facility consultation services.
About This Role:
You will be reporting to the Senior Facilities Operations Manager and tasked with important contract management and facilities operations for A&A projects and ACMV projects.
Job Scope:
Plan and prepare monthly M&E work schedules in accordance with the contractual work scope and timelines related to all M&E services works.
Manage all internal and external technical personnel.
Review contracts' specifications to ensure cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
Attend to operational emergencies in a prompt manner.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the planned schedule and project progresses according to timeline.
Act as an excellent communicator and point of contact with all parties.
Familiarity with the Workplace Health and Safety Act and ability to provide advice on Health & Safety matters.
Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure all parties adhere to safety procedures.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building, Facilities, Estate Management, or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 4 years in a similar position with relevant working experience in handling commercial or government buildings.
Proven project track record of IFM contracts management (please provide at least 5 project names).
Differentiator: Fire Safety Manager, Safety Manager, or Project Manager Certification of Green Mark Manager will be an added advantage.
